Results already in the first session
We are Patrícia Coelho and Nei Silva, therapists specialized in transforming lives through a brief, objective, and high-impact approach. As “Mind Architects,” we have already helped more than 2,500 clients deconstruct limiting patterns and build new foundations for a life more aligned with their values, purpose, and essence.
As a couple, we believe therapy can and should be transformative from the very first moment. We work together to provide a safe space where our clients can rewrite their stories and rebuild their lives based on conscious and liberating choices. If you are ready to transform your mind, body, and life, we are here to help!

The Dramatic Triangle of Karpman:
A Tool for Understanding and Transforming Relationships
We are the couple of therapists who will change the way you see the world. We specialize in brief and high-impact therapy (T.R.I.).
Our mission is to help people like you break free from inherited behavioral patterns and gain autonomy over their lives.
We use the IA Method (Identity and Autonomy), which integrates concepts from neuroscience, biology, stoicism, epigenetics, hypnosis, and other fields of knowledge to create profound and lasting transformations. Our work is based on the vision that mind and body are inseparable, and that human behavior is an adaptive response to the environment and life experiences. Through an objective and practical approach, we help our clients develop critical thinking, freeing themselves from limiting beliefs to build a life aligned with their values and purpose. We believe transformation doesn’t have to take years. Our goal is to deliver real and meaningful results in less time, offering an innovative and effective therapeutic experience.
“I always carried guilt that wasn’t mine and kept trying to please everyone. In therapy, I realized my voice has value, and I learned to set boundaries without feeling wrong. Today I can say no without fear of losing people’s love. The feeling is finally being able to breathe and live my life for real.”

“I felt trapped in patterns that kept me away from my family and my work. Therapy showed me that asking for help was not weakness, but courage. I
learned to deal with my insecurities, and today I can be more present. I feel that I’ve regained not only the trust of others but, most importantly, my own.”
Renato, 42 years old
“I spent years believing my anxiety was who I was. With therapy, I realized it was just a symptom of pains I had never faced. Releasing that was like lifting a huge weight off my shoulders. Today I have peace to sleep, energy to live, and courage to dream again. It feels like I’ve been reborn.”
